OBJECT 0
Object 0 is a postmortem transport table with a logistical function, dating from the 1960s. It points to a mechanical clinical infrastructure an instrument within a system that manages death. Yet it also carries the memory of thousands of bodies—an actively charged absence reserved for most of us. On a subconscious level, it echoes Nietzsche’s Die Geburt der Tragödie—but now aus dem Geiste des Metalls.
